Our Founder, Raphael Osamor DSS, obtained dual degrees in Criminal Justice & Criminology from the University of Maryland (UMUC) College Park, MD. He has trained as and managed Loss Prevention and Safety & Security Protocols for Hospitality Industry Giants such as: Marriott International Hotels and Loews Hotels.

After serving in long-term capacities as Director of Loss Prevention and Safety & Security Director, APSI Founder Proposed his Unique Contract Hotel Security Concept to the Executive Committee Staff at the prestigious Loews L’Enfant Plaza Hotel, on the SW waterfront of Washington, DC. From this initial location, we grew within six months to include Security Contractual sites at: The Jefferson Hotel, A Loews Hotel (Washington, DC), Loews Annapolis Hotel (Annapolis, MD), Greenbelt Marriott Hotel (Greenbelt, MD), and Metro Center Marriott Hotel (Washington, DC). In this time frame we have also completed short term contracts for Fortune 500 Companies such as: Petroleum Institute of America, Hess Petroleum Refinery, Kmart Stores, Eddie Bauer Clothing Stores, Cambridge Security, AAAE, Frugal Fannies, Bricklayers Association, Pet Food Manufacturers Association, Volvo North America, and many more.
